We are seeking experienced plastics injection molding professionals in our field.
Injection Molding Setup Technician
Responsible for the set up and operation of injection molding machines process for maximum efficiency of parts production. Monitor injection mold machines operations, assist in troubleshooting and correcting issues involving production of parts. Responsible for ensuring a safe workplace, efficient production process, minimization of downtime, as well as a clean and orderly production area. The ability to lead a group of employees with various skill levels to achieve all of the above is essential. Maintain a daily checklist, reporting daily to the production supervisor. Take part in problem solving session and assist in the training new employees.
Injection Molding Maintenance Technician
Individuals will perform Injection molding maintenance repair as well as do all necessary preventative maintenance on the equipment. Will modify new and existing equipment for performance improvements and upgrades and will assist with changeovers. Previous experience with hydraulics, automation, electronics, background in all areas of injection press, and press support equipment such as blenders, vacuum pumps, conveyors, grinders required. Must have ability to read\interpret prints\schematics as needed. Seeking an individual with strong troubleshooting, electrical and mechanical skills.
Material Handlers
Able to lift upto 50lbs, responsible for making sure materials are prepared and transported to the manufacturing floor. Must be able to multitask in this fast paced environment
Operators / Packaging
Able to work in a fast paced enviroment, inspecting and packaging products. Experience in a Manufacturing environment is ideal

Requirements:
2-5 year Experience in Plastics, Injection Molding an equivalent combination of Experience and education will be considered.
